Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply follow the instructions below to create a new one. 1. Click [Sign On] above the red banner on any AbeBooks web page. 2. Enter the email address associated with your AbeBooks account, and then click the [Forgot your password?] button. Within 10 minutes, we'll email you a link to a secure password reset page. When you receive the email: 3. Click or copy/paste the link into the address bar of your browser. 4. Enter your new password twice, and click [Save Changes]. Your new password will be saved and you will be saved and you will be signed on to your AbeBooks account. If you have difficulty with accessing the reset password link: - Please note that it can take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. Please do not request a new password reset email before receiving the first. - Please bear in mind that the link is time sensitive and will expire if not used within 24 hours. If this happens, it will direct you back to the sign-on page, where you can re-enter your email address and click [Forgot your password?] again, to generate a new email with a new link. - If you request a second password email before receiving the first, the link in the first email will be rendered invalid and you must use the link in the second email to reset your password. - Please be sure you are accessing the correct domain, i.e. if you have an account on abebooks.com, you will be unable to sign on to, or reset your password on, any other domain, such as abebooks.co.uk, abebooks.de, etc.
