All prices are firm, NET to all. SORRY, NO DEALER DISCOUNTS via THIRD PARTY SELLERS. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, checks, or money orders accepted as payment. All prices (INCLUDING SHIPPING) are firm, NET to all. All international purchases MUST be made with credit card or Paypal.

Shipping Terms:

Media Mail shipping $4.00 for first book, 1.50 for each book after 1st. PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING IS MINUMUM OF $6.50. Certain oversize books may be extra. Please allow at least 7 days, possibly up to 30 days for delivery for media mail shipping. Canada shipping is $12.00. International is $14.50. Oversize and heavy books will be higher for Priority Mail and International shipping and we will request extra shipping.
