All subject to prior sale. E-mail or phone to reserve or inquire. Shipping in the USA is $5.00 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional item. Priority and foreign shipments extra. Extra shipping may also be required for oversize and heavy items. Books may be returned for up to 7 days if not as described and we are notified in advance. We accept check, money order, or PayPal. Missouri residents add 5.162% sales tax.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
