| BookZone Illinois has over 112,000 books online, and adds more each day. Our downtown Naperville "brick and mortar" store "BookZeller" closed on October 8, 2006 and we now sell exclusively online. Our internet business is located in Naperville, Illinois. |
| We buy books by appointment only. Tuesday between 11am and 4pm is our primary buying day. PLEASE CALL before coming to see us (630-499-8127). |

| We buy hardback literature, art, sciences, philosophy, religion, history (especially Civil War & World War II), scholarly & technical books, and professional libraries in excellent condition. We are especially interested in large collections. We also buy CDs, DVDs, Music, Visual Arts, Architecture, Crafts, Cooking, Gardening, and New Age books. |

We do NOT buy pocket books, popular fiction (i.e.- Stephen King, Tom Clancey, etc.), computer books, encylopedias, diet books, self help, textbooks, ex-library, or anything with any highlighting or underlining. We pay garage sale prices which in most cases will be fifty cents or a dollar. |
Directions to BookZone: In Naperville take highway 59 to 83rd Street/Montgomery Rd. Turn west onto Montgomery. Just before the railroad tracks, you'll see a left turn onto Normantown Road. Take this left turn. Follow Normantown Rd. through two stop signs, and Schoger will be on your left just past the YMCA. Take Schoger and just before it curves to the right, go straight to the set of buildings with the sign for Heartland Investments. Take the second alley on the left to the door for Unit 16 and knock. Please call ahead for an appointment. We do not allow browsing at our location.

When searching our inventory, please make sure the name in the bookseller field is "BookZone Illinois" as sometimes the search function will take you to ABE's wider listings.
OUR TERMSAll sales in U.S. currency. MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express credit cards, and postal/commercial money orders accepted. We also accept PAYPAL, utilize "bookzone@bookzeller.com" for PayPal payment and make sure to reference book title and book inventory number. Also for PAYPAL payments, confirm the shipping address and include the inventory number in the PAYPAL additional information blank.
Personal/ corporate /institutional checks accepted (U.S. funds only). Checks must have imprinted data sufficient to identify originator of the check (i.e. driver's license number, address, and phone number imprinted or written on check if personal; corporate data if institutional). We may elect to delay shipment to await clearing of funds from a check; so anticipate possible delayed shipment if paying by check. Please wait for confirmation of book availability by e-mail before sending check.

Full return (less shipping & handling charges) if notified of unacceptabliliy within 10 days. If book is improperly described, full return includes shipping and handling charges both ways.
For local orders only credit card and check will be accepted for payment. You must call us at 630/499-8127 or e-mail us to place your order and arrange a pickup time. Please have the inventory number for the book you wish to order. The standard time for pickup is on Thursdays between 10am and 2pm. We do NOT allow browsing at our location.
For shipping to U.S. addresses (including territories and APO/FPO) we use US Postal Service Media/Book Rate: $3.50 for 1st book, thereafter $1.00/book (please be aware that Media/Book rate is the slowest method provided by the USPS, and we have witnessed shipments taking up to 21 business days - usually however within 5 to 14 business days). Overseas, insured and special handling: actual shipping costs plus $2.00 handling for 1st book, 75-cents handling for each book in the same package thereafter.
Priority shipment is actual USPS Priority mail charges plus $2.00 handling. We do NOT ship United Parcel Service (UPS),FEDEX or DHL.
For shipping within the U.S., we always ship with delivery confirmation. Tracking information available by request.
Global Priority (if available to the country addressed) for books under four pounds that fit into the Global Priority flat rate envelope: $12.00 s&h; $9.00 for Canada/Mexico.
PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. Purchase Orders are NOT accepted.
Shipping charges for unusually large or valuable books will be provided by e-mail. Insured or expedited shipping is provided at cost, if requested.
Our condition grading is similar to Amazon: i.e. -- "New" / "Like New" / "Very Good" (very good means normal wear for the age of the book and is the most common grade) ; "Good" means worn more that normal and is unsightly; "Acceptable" indicates a real messy copy but complete; "Unacceptable" means incomplete and/or heavily damaged.
Book and dust-jacket are independantly described: i.e. Book/DJ. Major deficiencies will be descibed.
