Payment required with order. Phone, fax, & e-mail orders accepted with Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or PayPal. Accept checks and money orders. Libraries & other institutions may be billed. Shipping charges in addition to book price: U.S. book rate ("Media Mail"): $3.50 for 1 book, $1.00 for each additional book shipped in the same package. Other shipping methods & outside the U.S.A.: Please inquire. Florida residents add state sales tax at rate applicable for your county.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
