We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders or PayPal. All orders are shipped free in the US, unless additional shipping costs are specified in the listing (only on exceptionally large books). We gladly ship internationally. Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are included in the book price and are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required (only very rarely does this happen). International rates from the US have increased markedly recently, and we cannot absorb large differences, so we may request additional overseas shipping charges if the book you order will not fit in a Priotity Mail envelope. If in doubt, please feel free to e-mail and we can give you an exact cost.
