Standard mass-market paperbacks...MEDIA Mail = $3.00 for the 1st book, .50 for each book thereafter. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. (Overseas) SURFACE = $8.50 for the 1st book, $2.00 for each hardcover or $1.00 for each paperback thereafter. GLOBAL PRIORITY (3-5 days) Flat rate envelope + $13.95. Special protective packaging MAY be extra. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
