| Located on Dublin's Southside just off the main road linking south Dublin to the major motorways heading to the four corners of Ireland. Parking is literally at the door.Dundrum is renowned as being the home of the famous DunEmer Press which later became the Cuala Press. Amongits authors and editors were Jack & W.B.Yeats,Patrick Kavanagh, John M.Synge, Lady Gregory and many other famous Irish writers. Dublin Bookbrowsers opens to the public once per month usually on a Friday evening from 6 -9 p.m. and on Sat/Sun from 12 noon - 6 p.m.Regulars are notified about exact dates by post each month. These monthly sales offer discounts up to 80% off certain stock. These offers only apply to members on our mailing list.With our monthly notification letter we circulate monthly book lists. These are mainly of Irish interest and tend to include our better stock. A feature of these lists are collections of books relating to particular themes. There are one or two months in the year when we do not operate these sales. These months tend to be July and/or August. It is always best to check by phone first. We usually advertise sales on the Fine Arts page of the Irish Times on Saturday of a sale.Otherwise we are open by appointment. This can be arranged by E-mail,phone and fax.Our prices range from 50p to five figure sums. We have an ever increasing Irish interest and general stock. |
