Payment in U.S. dollars with order; recognized organizations can be billed if using purchase order. Checks, money orders and Paypal accepted. Shipping charge for orders in the U.S. is $3.50 for the first book and an additional $1.00 for each additional title (media mail). Outside the U.S. the surface mail postage is $6.00 for the first title and $2.50 for each additional book.
