Payment: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard (note: Visa as well Mastercard also the CVC code Card Validation Code: the last 3 digits at the back of your card after the range of 4 x 4 digits). Returns policy: within 8 days after receipt if not as described.
Shipping charges: the same as the Dutch Postal Services charges. No charges for handling.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 4.4 LB, or 2 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Carrier options: TNT (Dutch Postal Services, DHL, Deutsche Post or FEDEX.
