Credit cards only (MC,Visa,American Express,Discover) please. Shipping: In continental United States, UPS is preferred carrier (1 book = $5.00,2 books = $6.00 etc.). Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P O Boxes and APO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charge for International Orders is $15.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book. International Orders will be shipped via DHL. Delivery time may vary due to customs delays.
MO and WA orders will be charged sales tax. Orders in U.S dollars only.
