A vigorous campaign has been initiated by the PO to ferret out fraudulent use of "media mail" and, of course, the professional bookseller who follows the rules as set forth by the PO, has to suffer as a result. The integrity of our packages and possibly the condition of the purchased book, our relationships with our customers, and the privacy of the transaction are compromised when a package is knifed into. If you do not want the real possibility of the PO tampering with your purchase I would advise using "Priority" mail to avoid this wrongheaded and intrusive practice!!!
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
