Domestic shipping:
4th Class Book Rate Mail at $3.00 for 1st volume, $1.00 for each additional volume. Priority Mail at $5.00 for 1st volume, $2.00 for each additional volume.

International shipping: Global Priority Airmail available to most countries for standard size books at $9.00 per volume. Please ask for other rates.
