Books shipped upon receipt of payment. Returnable if not as described within 15 days. Libraries can be billed. Colorado residents add 3% state sales tax. All books subject to prior sale.

Books shipped USPS: Within the US $3.75 for the 1st book, $1.00 for each additional title. Priority: $5.75 up to 4 pounds, over 4 pounds $2.00 each additional title. International orders: $14.00 for a flat rate envelope, 9 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches, up to 4 pounds. Economy rate not available for International shipments. Books shipped to Canada and Mexico: $11.50 for a flat rate envelope, 9 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches up to 4 pounds. On International shipments that do not fit the above size & weight limits, extra shipping will be quoted before order is processed.
