We guarantee the condition of every book as it's described on the Abebooks web sites. We will contact you in the case of unmentioned aspects of condition. Please be sure your email is in working order to receive any message from us. Shipping Terms:
Post/Packing for U.S. orders via surface mail: $7.50 on first volume, $5.00 for each thereafter. Priority $11.50 for first book, $9.00 each thereafter if they will fit in a flat rate envelope. Priority or UPS shipping for oversize books, multiple volume sets or larger orders dependent on weight and zipcode. You will be contacted if greater amounts are needed. Shipping is often actually lowered. (ABE now charges approx 15% commission and fees from the shipping costs as well.)
Illinois residents please add 7.75% sales tax.
Minimum overseas post/packing for single books that fit in flat rate envelope via Priority Mail International is $13.00 to Canada and Mexico, $15.00 elsewhere. Express Mail International for single books that fit in the flat rate envelope is $30.00 for Canada and Mexico, $32.00 elsewhere. Heavier orders, orders of great value or larger items quoted as needed.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we will contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Please bear with us as we adjust to the new shipping rates and classes, commissions and fees! We will be fair in our charges for packing/shipping.
