We accept payment by Direct Deposit from customers in New Zealand. We are very conservative with our book descriptions, detailing all faults as accurately as possible - when in doubt we downgrade. Any item found to be not as described may be returned within 30 days. All costs will be cheerfully refunded upon receipt of the parcel. ... [More Information]

Shipping Terms:

Books are posted the next day after receipt of a firm order and we always email you with the expected date of arrival. We use quality packaging: plastic waterproof bags, bubblewrap, cardboard if required, heavy-duty brown paper and heavy-duty tape. Postal charges quoted on our shipping guide are for an average sized book (approximately 650gms). If the book (or books) purchased are heavier than normal we always check the postal charges with you before shipping. New Zealand Post offers two international services: Airmail (4 to 10 days approximately) and Economy Air (10 to 28 days approximately).
