We accept MasterCard and Visa. Payment must be made before book is shipped, except to institutions such as universities and libraries. Books shipped to addresses in Maine must pay 5% sales tax unless a valid resale number is provided.

PLEASE NOTE that when you choose the STANDARD shipping option both within the USA and internationally the delivery time is quite variable. While most books arrive in a timely manner, a few get lost in the postal ozone and take several weeks to arrive. IF YOU DEFINTIELY WANT YOUR BOOK WITHIN 2 WEEKS THEN CHOOSE THE PRIORITY SHIPPING OPTION!!!Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. OUR STANDARD SHIPPING RATE IS CHEAPER THAN MOST OTHER DEALERS!!
