need it in a hurry, we can work it out. Libraries may be
invoiced. Refunds cheerfully made if book is not as
described. PayPal, check or money order. Books up to 3
pounds ship for $3.50; heavier will be quoted. Priority
shipping is at cost. Pamphlets and small paperbacks will be
shipped first class for $2. SHIPPING IS FREE on orders for
