*Most mail arrives in a timely fashion however once in a while it can be delayed or even lost. Lost mail is not at all common but it can happen. We promptly ship as ordered six days a week in most cases however once an order leaves our hands it's no longer in our control. We do not assume responsibility for the actions of others which includes the postal service, customs or a customer not requesting a quote for insurance.
