Bloomsday Books is a used and rare bookstore based in Kansas City, Missouri, with 5,000 books in our inventory. We maintain a wide variety of titles, with a special emphasis on history, travel, adventure, writer biography, classics, science, regional works, biography, art, architecture and contemporary fiction. We have some new publications and rare and unique volumes, too. Each year on June 16th --Bloomsday-- we have a 24-hour continuous reading of James Joyce's Ulysses and general celebration of Irish arts.

We accept checks and credit cards through PayPal. Domestic shipping is by US Postal book rate at a charge of $4.00 for the first book and $1.50 per additional book sent to same address. Domestic PRIORITY shipping is available: $5 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book to same location. OVERNIGHT shipping will be quoted individually.
