OUR BUSINESS: We want BOOK NOOK OF ORANGE COUNTY to be your discount source for fine used (and new!) books, VHS videos, audio cassettes, and DVDs. Our prices are low because we believe that 'A book in your hand is worth two on our shelves.'

As an additional value-added service for our customers, all dust-jacketed books are 'Brodarted' with a fitted, clear plastic jacket protector.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Paypal, checks, money orders, and credit card payment via ABE Books. No cash, please.
INFORMATION WE NEED:
Please include your name, shipping address, correct email address & your phone number with your order. This allows contact flexibility if there are questions regarding the order.
HOLDING PERIOD:
We normally do not hold a book longer than 7 days. But if payment will take longer, contact us and we'll make an exception. 'Blind' orders (e-mail address only) cannot be held.
SHIPPING:

S&H charges are paid by the buyer
We ship the day after check receipt or CC acceptance.
We normally ship by USPS MEDIA MAIL - delivery time 7-14 business days.
USPS Media S&H is $4.18 for the 1st book and $2.07 for each addt'l book.
Very heavy items are subject to additional S&H charges.
USPS Priority Mail is also available - delivery time 3-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail S&H is $7.55 for the 1st book, and $3.75 for each addt'l book.
Very heavy items are subject to additional S&H charges.
We do not ship by Federal Express, Airborne or UPS unless the shipment is billed to YOUR shipper account #.

Overseas USPS shipments are at actual cost + $1.50 for packaging costs.
Due to USPS overload, shipping times are drastically extended during the Christmas season.
SALES TAX:
We charge 7.75% California sales tax on California retail sales.
CA resellers please include Sales Permit # w/ order & mail us a Resale Cert.
GUARANTEE:
All items are guaranteed and may be returned for refund if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase. If we did not accurately describe the item we will also refund S&H both ways.
