| We are charter members of ABDASC, the Antiquarian Book Dealers Association of South Carolina and have been in the out-of-print book business since 1990. Come and browse our books and meet our resident Siamese cat, Mr. Hobbes, at The Five Points Bookshop, 718 Santee Avenue, in the Five Points area of Columbia, near the University of South Carolina. We're open Tues-Sat 11:00-5:30, and often Mondays and Sunday afternoons too. |

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal payments, checks, and money orders payable in dollars and drawn on US banks. We also accept sterling checks. Libraries can be billed. Media mail postage for the United States is $3.50 for the first book; $1.00 for each additional book. Especially heavy books may cost more but we will notify you first. Priority mail rates depend on weight and the buyer's zip code. Overseas shipping is at cost. Please e-mail or call us first to check on availability (Tues-Sat 11:30-5:30 call 803-799-7182) We'll hold firm orders for 7 days awaiting payment. All items are returnable within 7 days of receipt, but you must notify us first by phone or e-mail that you are returning an item. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. We try our very best to describe our books accurately and to note all faults and defects. We respond promptly to inquiries and normally ship within one business day of receipt of payment. Items are removed from our inventory on the day they sell, so that when you inquire about a book typically it will be available. All items are carefully packed and dust jackets are mylar-protected. SC residents with no resale #, please add 5% state sales tax to listed price. |
