All books are returnable within 14 days for a complete refund of the book
price. All books subject to prior sale. New Jersey residents will be
charged 6% Sales tax. We are easier to contact by email than telephone.
We prefer you don't call us with $5 orders, please email us instead.
Telephone hours are 10 -3 M - F eastern usually.
Shipping Policy. Domestic packages are shipped book rate at $4 for the
first title and $1 for each additional title. Priority mail begins at $6 for the
first title, small books or East Coast orders, and $1.50 for each extra title.
Large hardcover 9.5" "bestsellers" and non local deliveries are likely
to cost more. I reserve the right to charge extra and will if the book is
much more. Science Fiction Paperbacks ( and other mass market
paperbacks) are $3 for as many as you want. Proofs are larger and
heavier and are billed as hardcovers. We ship about 3 times a week.
Overseas orders will be billed at cost. Please specify whether you require
surface or airmail. 8.75 inch books can be sent Global Priority Airmail to
most of Europe, Japan and many other countries for $10.00. Larger
books are likely to be twice this cost or more. Canadian sales are also
sent Global Prioirity where applicable for $8. There is very little difference
between surface and airmail post. I will ship airmail unless you specify
differently. No overseas packages are shipped insured.
I insure all books over $50 sent within the US. All books under this price
are sent uninsured. If you want insurance please specify so as I cannot
be held responsible for uninsured items.
For payment, we take checks or money orders payable to Gaabooks or
John Langford or credit cards Discover, Visa, Mastercard. Not paypal
