Cash or check in U. S. dollars; Visa or Master Charge. I can also accept payments through Paypal if the buyer prefers. Will hold book for seven days following receipt of telephone or e-mail order. Shipping Terms:
Shipping by USPS Media Mail to U. S. addresses is free; Priority mailing to U. S. Addresses is $4.00 for each book. Shipping to foreign addresses at cost. Insurance is included in the cost of postage.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing less than 3 pounds. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know that extra postage is required.
