Orders usually ship within 2 business days. All domestic orders are shipped media mail (old book rate) unless otherwise requested. Heavier or large format titles may required additional shipping. The US Post Office effective May, 2007, has instituted substantially higher costs for international mail. Global priority, airmail parcel post and economy parcel post are now called priority mail international. Airmail letter-post and economy letter-post are now called first-class mail international. Shipping cost upon request. Insurance is not included, is additional and available upon request.
