Postage is extra at $3.00 plus $1.00 each additional volume for book rate; $5.50 plus $2.00 each additional volume for priority mail. Foreign at cost (3.00 minimum). Oversize and insurance extra. New York State residents should add appropriate sales tax. All books are returnable for any reason within 10 days if returned in the same condition as sent and if notification of return is given.
