Orders will be sent upon receipt of check or money order in US funds or by Visa/MC/Disc/Amex. Vermont residents please add 5% sales tax. We will hold books for ten days, awaiting payment. Books may be returned within ten days for refund, not including shipping charges. Orders will be sent 4th class (book rate) unless reguested otherwise. Add $3.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional. With multi-volume sets, postage must be paid per volume. Canadian customers, please add $1 per book to above postage. Foreign postage is extra. Books are not insured unless it's requested and paid for by customer.
