Shipping charges: Media Rate (book rate) is $3.50 for the first book, $1 for each additional hardcover book; $.50 for each additional paperback book. Maximum shipping charge for domestic orders is $10. Priority shipping is $5 for the first book, $1 for each book thereafter. Free domestic shipping on orders over $50. 20% off on orders over $100.
International Surface is $5 for first book, $1.00 for each additional book.
International Air $8 for first book, each additional book is $2.
