Terms of Sale: We will confirm book availability by e-mail and hold for two weeks pending payment. Payment is by U.S. check, money order, or credit card - American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.

Shipping Terms:

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 3 LB. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We will reduce shipping costs for orders of multiple titles.
