POSTAGE and PACKING charged at cost.
RETURNS We offer a no quibble returns policy. All books are sent on approval and may be returned for
any reason within 14 days of receipt. If you feel that our original description was in any way inaccurate
we will also refund the return postage. If you wish to return a book please inform us first, and await our
acknowledgement and shipping instructions before dispatch. Goods must be in same condition as sent

Shipping Terms:
Postal charges are estimates only. We do adjust each order accordingly where necessary. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Overseas orders will be sent by airmail unless otherwise requested. Overseas shipping costs for each item are based on uninsured postage on books with a packed weight of 2.2 LB, or 1 KG, to include packaging materials. If your book and packaging weighs more, requires insurance (for valuable books) or is oversized, we will contact you when we receive your order or enquiry to let you know the extra shipping costs. If you would like your book to be insured, please say so when ordering (use the Special Instructions box) and we will enter the insured book rate under Extra Charges for you to consider. If you decide you don’t want insurance after all, reject the Extra Charges and the book will be posted at your chosen speed. Overseas customers, please think twice before choosing surface shipping as it can sometimes take 2 or 3 months and cannot be insured. Please be aware that for uninsured parcels we obtain a postage receipt after which shipping is at customer's risk.
