Books are sold on a first come, first served basis. Please quote our inventory #. We accept business or personal checks, money orders, or Pay Pal. Postage & Handling = $4.00 for 1st book, $3.00 each additional book. $5.50 extra for 1 lb Priority shipping. Insurance extra, at nominal rate, as required. All prices in US funds.
