The "Old Book Surfer" has recently added a retail location, after more than ten years as an on-line seller of books and music. Our store is located just 2 mi. from the heart of downtown Schenectady, NY, in the city's "Bellevue" neighborhood, originally home to thousands of General Electric and ALCO Locomotive workers who helped power America's industrial era. We are fast becoming a leading literary bookstore in our area, and are the Capital District's only independent dealer in choice books AND vinyl records. We feature literary first editions and books-on-books, as well as much general interest material, uniquely embodying over 20 years of collecting experience in our fields.
