Payments accepted by Mastercard, Visa and check (U. S. dollars only). Buyers using a Missouri address will be charged 7.325% sales tax unless a resale number is provided. Visit our open shop.
Shipping Terms:
Within the US: Media mail $4.00/ Priority mail $6.00. Add $1.00 for each additional book in the same order. International orders will be quoted. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
