About the Author:
Dr. Fuat Sentrk's background includes working as a world-renown specialist of hydraulic engineering on the hydraulic design of several large dams in Turkey and North Africa. His research covers different fields such as resistance to flow and scale model theory. Dr. Sentrk, a Doctor at Toulouse University, Director Emeritus of the Turkish State Hydraulic Works Research Center, Ankara, Turkey, is the author of over 152 research papers and 17 scientific books.
