About the Author:
Kevin M. Kruse is assistant professor of history at Princeton University. He is the author ofWhite Flight: Atlanta and the Making of Modern Conservatism. Thomas J. Sugrue is the Edmund J. and Louise W. Kahn Professor of History and Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author ofThe Origins of the Urban Crisis: Race and Inequality in Postwar Detroit.
