INSCRIBED to Scott by BUTLER on title page. Edgewear to unclipped dj and a rubbed/chipped area at the front fore edge. Jacket has strange brown staining to flaps that also appears on pastedowns and feps, resembling a chemical reaction of sorts, but there is absolutely no stickiness or anything to determine the source of the staining. Perhaps it is all the result of the cheap publishing quality Doubleday used in the late '70's. Otherwise the book is immaculate.
