About the Author:

MOHAN NAIR is President and Chief Operating Officer of ABC Technologies in Beaverton, Oregon. He has taught in the field of activity-based information systems as an adjunct professor since 1993 at the J. L. Kellogg School of Management, and has advised several executives in the Global 100 on the implementation of activity-based costing systems.
