Niko Mayer developed toys, books and games for Sesame Street and The Electric Company as well as video games and software for Atari, Apple, Fisher-Price, Mattel and others. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, Steve, and her dog, Morandi. This is her first book for adults.
She travels frequently to see her son, Roberto. Once, during the writing of this book, she flew to New York City with only carry-on bags. She is still recovering.
