DNA discoverer James D. Watson argues that restrictions should not be placed on genetic research. Brian Halweil, a staff researcher at the Worldwatch Institute, discusses how genetically engineered food will not help to end world hunger, while Nobel prize-winner Norman Borlaug disagrees.
