Synopsis

Jeri Massi has worked as an English teacher, writer and editor. She devotes much of her time to writing novels for young people. She has visited rural Vermont and New Hampshire twice and has been assured that she, too, has seen the real New England.

The Peabody Series, named for the imaginary town of Peabody, Wisconsin, is an adventure series for Christian students in upper elementary and junior high school. The books center on a group of young people who attend the same local church. Each novel presents a new adventure as told by one of the members of the youth group.
