Writing this book was indeed a "labor of love." We wrote it with helpful and hopeful intentions--we sincerely wanted to aid managers to successfully lead change! Individually, we have been working with organizations for 25 years. For the past seven years, we have worked together as "co-trainers," trying to help organizations successfully launch and implement changes.
