A single fold through the center of the paper (as newspapers are traditionally folded) and a few very minor stray stains are all that mark this increasingly rare piece of Schnabel ephemera that dates to his first major return to Texas after his triumphs in the New York art world. 17 full page (sometimes double page) black and white illustrations, a checklist of the exhibition, an appreciative essay on the artist, and brief memories about him told by Houston art world people who recall Schnabel the student and ambitious Houston artist.
