Referred to as the Remarque Series, these books are first edition hardbacks, signed by both authors and individually numbered out of 80 (these hardbacks are drawn from the 500 print run and not in addition to it). Each copy has a one-off drawing by Brian Williams and an inscription by Roderick Gordon." This copy is 78 of 80 and is signed by both authors and dated on the day of publication. The inscription on the title page reads " I dig .therefore I am!" The illustration on the facing page show a character with a bucket on his head with cut-out eye holes behind a brick wall with the inscription " OK, we'll do it your way," and is initialed by Williams.
