About the Author:

Dr. Brooks Mitchell is the eldest of three sons of Capt. Lloyd Mitchell, the navigator of Kipling's Error III. Brooks is a Professor of Management at the University of Wyoming and the founder of two Wyoming-based software companies, Aspen Tree Software and Snowfly Performance Incentives. Brooks hols a B. A. from Oklahoma State University, a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas.
