Beneath the government's near-paranoid desire to shut off the public's awareness of alien presence is a treacherous experiment in mind control. No one is exempt, not even Timmy Greene, the five year old boy who has an extraterrestrial friend visible only to him who helps him predict the future, even including the imminent danger to himself.
