About the Author:
Bob Swope has 27 years of coaching young kids in 7 different sports. He has been writing books for fourteen years, and he has over 85 books out covering 17 sports. His motto is "Kids will have more fun when they know their fundamentals." He is a past member of USA Track & Field and a member of the "National Youth Sports Coaching Assoc." (NYSCA).
