[BACK COVER]

This book is for people who want to make money.

No one cares about your money more than you do. So why rely on other people to look after your investment when, with a little bit of knowledge, you can do it yourself?  How the Stock Market Really Works shows you how to develop your ability to discriminate between good deals and bad deals, how to invest wisely for the long term and not to succumb to rash short-term temptations, and how to work out where to invest. Whether you are a new investor or already have a share portfolio, this book will show you how to make more money.

If you thought an investment book couldn’t be an easy read, think again. This book is an accessible, well-informed and deliberately sceptical introduction to the complex world of financial markets.

‘Modern and thorough, it will answer all the questions that investors (experienced or otherwise) might have.’

Securities & Investment Review
