About this title:
The newly-built city of Neopolis is tough place to be...especially when it's populated with superheroes and supervillains, not to mention organised criminal vampire gangs, rogue war criminals and anti-robot demonstrators! Steven "Jetlad" Traynor is a recent arrival who must not only find his place amongst the city's police force, but also find himself. Featuring a cast of characters both new and familiar, this touching story explores the origins of the fantastic city of Neopolis. The Eisner award-winning creators behind "Top Ten" - writer Alan Moore ("Watchmen") and artist Gene Ha ("Global Frequency") - reunite for an original graphic novel that is a must for any serious comics fan!
