Iztok Plevnek is a very well rounded individual; his vast experiences have played an important part in developing a successful way of life. Sports and perfecting diet plans for himself and others has been his focus for many years. Born and raised in Europe he studies martial arts, then working in the military and continuing in a bodyguard position in the Government. Arriving in the U.S. in his twenties, Iztok was looking to further his career in kickboxing when things took a new direction and he became a professional model. Through all this he created healthy diet and exercise programs for himself and others including everyone from special needs people to elite athletes, the over weight and professional models. While living in the states and seeing so many ridiculous diets come and go with the latest being to avoid carbs, he knew this wasn't right and the proof was people getting fatter and poor health continuing. Iztok asked himself "when will people realize that diet without carbs doesn't exist?" This has inspired him to share what he knows and hopes it will inspire other to live healthier and include carbs with every meal.
