I would recommend this text and the supplementary material to any instructor teaching an introductory course in HIT degree programs because it is written at their level and presents the information in a logical, sequential manner. The fact that the entire text is written by just two authors provides for a cohesive, non-repetitive presentation of the material."
"[This text] is very thorough and provides very good examples. It provides a good introduction to HIM and sets a foundation for the other HIM courses."
